We collect nothing. Here’s exactly what that means.

What this site collects
Nothing. This site has no forms, no accounts, and no sign-in. It runs no tracking scripts and no analytics.
Our pages run no JavaScript at all — not ours, not anyone’s. The site’s Content Security Policy forbids it outright, so a script could not run here even if one were added by mistake, and a build check fails if a form or a text field ever appears on a public page.
We set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare, which runs our domain name and can sit in front of the site to absorb attacks, may set one strictly technical security cookie. It is not used to track you.
One exception, named plainly: our homepage embeds a sign-up box that loads from Substack. Your browser contacts Substack when that page opens, whether or not you ever sign up. Details below.
What our host sees
Like every website, ours receives basic technical request data — such as IP address and browser type — so the pages can be delivered and attacks can be stopped. Two companies handle that, and we would rather name both than say “our host” and leave it vague.
- Render stores the site’s files and serves every page you read. render.com/privacy
- Cloudflare runs the domain name, sends the two other party web addresses here, and can sit in front of the site to absorb attacks — which means your request may pass through Cloudflare before it reaches Render. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
We don’t use that data to profile anyone, and we don’t combine it with anything else, because there is nothing else to combine it with.
The mailing list
When you join the list, you sign up with Substack, not with us. The sign-up box on our homepage is Substack’s own form, shown inside our page.
- This site never sees or stores your address.
- Because the box is loaded from Substack, opening our homepage contacts Substack even if you never sign up — and Substack can set its own cookies in that box.
- Signing up is double opt-in, and you can unsubscribe anytime from any email.

Email you send us
Messages to our @wethepeople-usa.party addresses are delivered by our email provider, Zoho.
We use them only to reply to you. We never sell, rent, or share them.
If we ever collect data
That can only happen after the project becomes a legal organization, and only under these rules:
- This policy is updated first, before anything is collected.
- Minimum data only. We collect only what is needed, and only with your explicit consent.
- No selling, no renting, no sharing. Ever.
- Adults only.
- Deletion on request, honored fast.
- Breaches disclosed immediately and honestly.
